Test Results

When you attend for a test of any kind you should wait for one week before phoning for the results.  Our Enquries/Test Results service is open from 9 am to 12.30 pm Monday to Friday.

Our reception staff are not qualified to comment on results and will not be able to give you your results so please don't go through to appointments for this service.

Unless specifically requested to do so by the doctor, please don't make a routine appointment to get your test results - the Enquries staff will inform you if the doctor has asked to see you again.

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.

Please note that results for X-rays and Ultrasound examinations can take 2 weeks to be returned to the GP.
