Please note that the staff at the Community Reception do not have access to any of the GP Services and cannot help you other than to direct you to the emergency cover arranged for the afternoon.

Practice Management

The Managing Partner, Shelli Fineberg,  is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology.

Shelli supports the GPs, Practice Nurses and Staff and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

If you have any comments or concerns about the practice they should be first directed to Shelli in writing or by booking an appointment to see her.

Our admin team includes data clerks who are responsible for keeping your computerised medical records up to date. We comply will all the principles of the Data Protection Act.

Practice Reception and Admin Team


Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.


Our Secretaries, Lisa and Julie are responsible for assisting the GPs with their administrative duties, including making referrals and liaising with hospitals and other agencies.

They are very experienced and knowledgable about the services provided in the hospitals and in the community and will be happy to follow up any referrals made to services outside of the practice.
